Marian, a San Francisco-based stylist, excels in crafting effortless, personalized cuts and colors that enhance each client’s individual beauty.

Her journey began at Festoon Salon, where she completed an extensive apprenticeship program before becoming a full stylist. Eager to refine her skills further, Marian attended advanced cutting workshops at Bumble & bumble University in New York and Vidal Sassoon in Los Angeles.

Marian's initial color training was with Wella Professional, L’Oreal Professional Paris, and senior stylists at Festoon Salon. She later expanded her expertise through advanced courses at Whittemore House, Redken, and with leading independent color educators. Education remains a cornerstone of Marian's career, as she continually seeks to enhance her cut ands color skills through workshops with Pony Education and other top figures in the industry.

In 2010, Marian co-founded Bijoux Salon, a cozy and welcoming studio that blends hair styling, art, and community. She spent 13 amazing years working with the most loving and talented stylists there. After 21 years in the Union Square area, Marian is embracing new opportunities in San Francisco. She is thrilled to join Principle Salon in the vibrant Mission District as well as regular pop-ups at Harper Paige Salon in the laid-back Sunset District, and future East Bay pop-ups.

In her spare time, Marian enjoys cooking for friends and family, tending to her many plants, dabbling in various creative endeavors, taking walks, listening to podcasts, and hanging out with her two wonderful kids.
