Where are you located?
Marian is located in San Francisco and can be found at Principle Salon in the Mission District on Thursdays and Fridays.
She has a reoccuring pop-up at Harper Paige Salon in the Sunset District.

How do I schedule an appointment?
At Principle Salon through Booksy.
*Marian is currently there on Fridays and Saturdays.
At Harper Paige Salon through their website.
*Marian will have a reoccuring pop-up with a varied schedule, but you will find her there weekly.
Atsuko is also available to schedule appointments via email at atsuko@marianha.com or text at (510) 603-5595.

Where can I park?
At Principle Salon, there is ample metered parking in the neighborhood and unmetered, all day parking available between 21st and 23rd and Folsom and Alabama Streets.
At Harper Paige, there is ample unmetered 2hr parking on Noriega Street and unmetered all day parking on the cross streets (The Avenues).

Do you require a consultation for new color clients?
A consultation is highly encouraged for new color clients or current color clients that are looking for a dramatic change, especially if there is preexisting color, or for color corrections to determine the appropriate service time for your appointment. We can consult via email, virtually, or in-person.
Inspiration pictures are a plus and very helpful! Email photos to hello@marianha.com.

What if I'm uncertain about which service to choose?

Should I wash my hair before a color service?
Yes, if you have styling products in your hair and/or it’s been a few days since you last cleansed your hair. This is to ensure the best results.

How do I schedule a bang trim?
Bang trims and neck trims are scheduled with Atsuko via text at (510) 603-5595 or email at atsuko@marianha.com. Bang trims and trims are $35.
**One complimentary trim is offered in between haircuts.

Do you offer adjustments?
We want you to love your hair. If you are dissatisfied with the service you have received or feel a little tweak would make all the difference, we are happy to provide the opportunity to return for an adjustment with Marian, at no additional charge. You must contact us within 72 hours of the date of the original service, and the adjustment must be booked within 10 days of contacting us. Please email Atsuko to schedule the adjustment via email at atsuko@marianha.com or text at (510) 603-5595.

What's your cancellation policy?
As a courtesy, we require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Any cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours in advance will result in a charge of 50% of the reserved services. No shows are included under this policy.
**If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled and a cancellation fee will apply.

General Rules for Services
*New haircut clients, curly/textured clients, or if it’s been 6 months since your last cut, book:
“New Client,” or “Curly/Textured” appointments.
*For first time balayage or highlight clients, please book a “Full Balayage” or “Full Highlight.”
* Mini Highlight: For just a pop of color around your face!
*For maintenance of previously balayaged or highlighted hair, or for frace framing highlighting, schedule:
“Partial Highlight.”
*Tint Clients:
-Book “Tint” if you have 1” or less of outgrowth/roots.
-Book “Tint (Virgin)” if you have more than 1” of outgrowth/roots.
*Bleach + Tone Clients:
-Book “Bleach + Tone” if you have 1” or less of outgrowth/roots.
-Book “Bleach + Tone (Virgin)” if you have more than 1” of outgrowth/roots.
